my deck runs the entire link of the back of the house and is off the second story of the house. there has been termite damage to the support beams but not to the wood of the deck itself. i would like to see about getting the supports replaced.

I am looking to do a project on the side of my house. I live on a corner with no true backyard, just front and side yards. I am looking to tear out the existing fence that surrounds most of the property and have a chain link fence put up on a small portion of the side yard; less than 75 linear feet. Also off the side door I would like to have an 18 by 10/12 ft (approx) deck constructed with lattice for some privacy. Any info would be great. Thanks,
